Morsetech was founded by Frank Morse, Jr. in 1989.

Currently, Morsetech is owned and operated by the “second generation”, Frank Morse, III. and Patrick Morse.

2. How often should I change my filters?

A typical 1” filter should be changed or cleaned monthly.

A pleated 1” filter should be checked monthly and changed every one to three months maximum.

3. What should I put in my air handler drain clean-out?

How often? We recommend 12 oz. of 1 part vinegar and 1 part warm water every time you change or clean your filter.

4. I can’t find the exact filter size. Where can I find them?

5. How often should I change the batteries in my thermostat?

We recommend fresh batteries yearly. This helps avoid the possibility of corrosion and operational interruptions.

6. How long does it take to replace my air conditioner?

A single residential air conditioning system (indoor and outdoor unit together) can be replaced in one day.
